General Product Safety Regulation / Product Safety 

The General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) is a new EU regulation to ensure that all consumer products on the EU markets are safe. To guarantee this, manufacturers must provide clear instructions and warnings for their items, evaluate potential risks and maintain product traceability.  

To comply with the new safety law, I have added this page to my online shop that displays all technical and safety information per product category, to be as transparent as possible about all my products. You can also find this information on the product pages themselves when you browse through my shop. 

This document will be updated whenever new products will be available or when laws are implemented or adjusted. 

ACRYLIC KEYCHAINS

WOODEN PINS

Used materials: Red Cherry Wood, Ink, Rubber Backing, Paper backing card, plastic sleeve bag. 

Risks & safety: Sharp point can lead to punctures or minor injuries, choking hazard, flammable object.  

Proper use: For decorative use only! Pin item on your clothes, bag, or in/on another designated spot to show it off. Remove item carefully from packaging. Secure tubber backing to avoid injury, be careful when pinning the item to any surface. 

Risk management: Use this for decorative purposes only. Keep away from children under 3 years old. Supervision is advised for children under 10 years old. Item is not a toy. Keep away from pets. Handle with care. Please recycle (if possible) or dispose of properly when no longer in use. Keep away from fire and any other heat sources. 

Technical and safety information listed for packaging 

Packing material might differ between conventions and my online shop. To guarantee the safety of items during the shipping process, plastic packaging might be used. Where possible, paper packaging is used to reduce the environmental impact of my business.  

During check out, customers can choose if re-used packaging will be used for their order. I do try to reuse a good portion of packaging material I get through ordering my own merchandise and other orders I place. It differs from time to time what I have available to do this with, but this could apply (but is not limited) to: 

  • Plastic bubble wrap 
  • Paper wrap material  
  • Cardboard sheets to keep prints from bending 
  • Freebies included in the order can be stickers or small prints which have a slight misprint/cut or other small damages. 

CARDBOARD

This includes (but is not limited to): cardboard shipping boxes, cardboard backings for prints, cardboard envelopes.
